Once you have signed up for our in-Home computer service, Simply call us when you need service. Once you call we schedule a technician to visit your home with in 24 to 48 hours (depending on call volume). When our technician arrives he/she will troubleshoot and perform several stability and performance test on your computer. If the issue can be resolved to your satisfaction while the technician is at your home you will simply sign off the trouble ticket and the technician will be on his/her way.

If there are more serious issues with your computer then the technician my need to bring your computer back to our repair facility where it will be repaired. after the repair is complete we will deliver it back to you. The delivery also includes plugging all the cables and wires, starting the computer to confirm the repair was completed and also connecting to the internet, verify e-mail is working and setting up your printer.
